Superfriendly staff, amazing views on the castle, everything is great. Its boxed breakfast is a must, with a great selection of excellent meals.

Superfriendly staff, lovely choice for breakfast. Very modern design of interiors in superior queen room. Excellent and stunning location to Metro which proved to be hassle free, and 15 minute walk from Bairro Alto.  

We requested a superior queen room with gorgeous view and were completely satisfied.

It was in a great and stunning location next to Chiado. It was located in a touristic area short walk to metro station, bus stop and commercial area.

The rooms were functional with coffee machine, balconies, fresh towels and the breakfast was lovely. Marvellous location to attractions like Rossio Square, that was around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the hotel.  

All in all everything was very easy, had a great stay for a great Lisbon vacation. The location was amazing, next to Chiado. The rooftop bar was large with some excellent food.

The location was perfect and the Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the shower was too small and the noises from other guests were disruptive. I would recommend this hotel for its prime 

Set close to many local attractions and also within 10 minutes on foot from santa justa elevator. Stuff and rooms could not be better. There was private parking.

It was fairly clean, everyone was super-friendly. The room was great-sized and functional and with a pleasant view of the castle. The boxed breakfast was satisfactory, perfect to start our day.

The staff are gentle and amicable, everyone. The ambiance is quiet.

Rossio square was quite close and to Baixa-Chiado metro station you can get within 15 minutes walk. For tea and goodies visit Cafe Penta, located close by. We stayed here to explore castelo de jorge, which
